  • Frexalimab, Brivekimig, or Rilzabrutinib in Participants Aged 16 to 75 Years With Primary Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis or Minimal Change Disease

    This is a parallel, Phase 2a, double-blind, 6-arm study for the treatment of primary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) or primary minimal change disease (MCD). The purpose of this study is to measure the change in proteinuria and its impact on the rates of remission of nephrotic syndrome with frexalimab, brivekimig, or rilzabrutinib compared with placebo in participants with primary FSGS or primary MCD aged 16 to 75 years. Study details for each participant include: The study duration will be up to 76 weeks. The treatment duration will be 24 weeks. There will be up to 18 visits.

  • TARPEYO® Treatment Beyond 9 Months in Adult Patients With Primary IgA Nephropathy

    The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of extended TARPEYO® (delayed-release budesonide capsules) treatment in adult patients with primary IgA nephropathy who have completed 9 months of TARPEYO® 16 mg once daily treatment in real-world clinical practice. The main question it aims to answer is: Is there a treatment benefit of TARPEYO® 16 mg QD extended use? Participants will - take part in this study for about 19 months - Have urine tests done - Have blood samples taken - Have physical examinations done

  • Iptacopan in Participants With IC-MPGN

    open to eligible people ages 12-60

    This study is designed as a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of iptacopan (LNP023) in idiopathic immune complex mediated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis.
